What It Takes to Take the Lead
AIESEC Global Business Seminar 2010
2009 was rocked by the sudden outburst of the global financial crisis that triggered the rapid decline of the international market - and to sum it all up, this was the banner headline that would depict the fledgling the state of the global economy this year.
Where is the global economy heading? Metaphorically speaking, we are at a crossroads, now that we welcome about to arrive at the entryway of a new decade. In all likelihood, there are two plausible scenarios this year, either we rebound from the "depression" or we sink into the pit of bailouts and stimulus packages. It is in these crucial times, like this at the start of the year, that we need to examine the landscape we are now treading upon. The volatility of the world economy shakes up even the grassroots economic system in our country that there should be an avenue for most of us, most especially students, to present innovative ideas, and share common solutions to bring to a halt the decline we are now experiencing. AGBS 2010 culminated with a cocktail meet-and-greet, where participants were given the chance to shake hands with corporate executives and professionals. This dinner was also open to sponsors who wish to inspire and interact with the most highly qualified graduating students of today.
Only the best are invited to be part of this event – where leadership is valued and globally thinking ahead is revered. AGBS is where participants will learn What it Takes to Take the Lead! AGBS 2010 was scheduled on February 22, 2010 (declared holiday), 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at the Tech Portal, UP-Ayala Land TechnoHub along Commonwealth.
